So…we have projects that are ready to start, we just need dates to start lining up. Watch this space. In the mean time, we have been doing some DIY around the office. The cows were not very happy about this (we can’t say what they said, this is family friendly blog afterall).
We also finally saw Avatar at the weekend. Disappointing is the word.

Much as to our delight that this oversight made our job easier (we needed some logos, and had no way of obtaining the branding guidelines in time) having a PDF that is not protected in some way (especially if it is in the public domain, which this one was) online, is somewhat worrying.
Much as anyone with a real mind to ripping something off really only needs l33t Photoshop skills(z), leaving your PDFs this editable should be a definite no. We advise our own clients to be aware of this for any PDF content they create, and suggest they become familiar with the security settings they have available in whichever PDF creation application they use.
